Hi, I’m Kathryn, a qualified forest bathing practitioner. I know how overwhelming life can feel, but I’ve also experienced nature’s power to restore balance. I design immersive experiences that help you slow down, quiet your mind, and strengthen your connection to nature.

Forest bathing weaves together my psychology degree, teaching background and deep love for the environment into something truly meaningful. It draws on my understanding of the mind to help you find calm and clarity, uses my teaching skills to guide you gently and inclusively, and channels my environmental passion. Forest bathing is a beautiful example of reciprocity—the forest helps find balance, and in return we show our thanks by caring for the forest, the trees, plants, animals and all who reside there.
